In-Home Day Training

Registration: You fill out an enrollment form so I can learn more about your dogs behaviors & manners. This will help me learn which ones are most important to you, what your training goals are, and what activities you plan to do with your dog. 

Training Agreement: This same form will address times for training, durations and pricing. This will also include instructions for the trainer to enter your home. We do not require you to be home during training. We arrange a way for the trainer(s) to enter your home. (We prefer lock boxes so that the key never has to leave your property.) 

Your Dog Gets Trained: The trainer(s) will come to your home, during the day,  3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) during the agreed upon time-frame and work with your dog. If you or someone else is home, they are welcome to watch but cannot be involved in the training. This is distracting to the dog and wastes valuable training time.

Owners Get Trained: At the end of each week, you will receive training instructions on how to maintain the training your dog is currently learning. You may also receive shorter instructions during the week on what you should or should not do, so that your dog can remain consistent.

We value your privacy and prefer to stay in the common areas of the home, so we ask that bedroom doors be kept closed and personal belongings not be left out. The training sessions are recorded for the safety and reputation of the trainer. 

This program includes 9 training days 

approximately 1-1.5 hours long, documented training instructions, occasional "field trips" to a local store for training, "Train The Owner" instructions and a signed training certificate.
