By offering trained rescue dogs for sale, we get to help puppies & dogs out of poor situations, keep them out of shelters, and give them a lasting chance with new owners (because a well-trained dog is less likely to end up at a shelter).
After training, each dog is valued at an average of $5,000!
All of the dogs we rescue are professionally trained from the day we get them. We put in hundreds of training hours for each dog to help them be the best behaved canine they can be!
Every "Second Chances dog" comes with lifetime group training classes! Which means they can attend group classes for free, for the rest of their life!

WHY SHOULD I BUY A SECOND CHANCES DOG?
Short answer: You're saving their life!
These trained canines are being saved from euthanasia, shelters, bad home situations, were a stray, born in a backyard breeding environment, dumped or simply being rehomed due to no fault of their own.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST?
Prices range from $1,200-$4,000.
It depends on the age and breed of the puppy/dog.
You're not just buying a dog... you're buying peace of mind!
You can eliminate the stress of training a puppy/dog and avoid making common mistakes that cause unwanted behaviors in canines. In order to have a well-behaved & well-rounded canine, the training and exposure needs to be done the right way and that's where we come in. We'll do it the right way so you can take your new family member home and enjoy them right away!
Plus, each canine comes with a lifetime of free group training classes! This is added peace of mind, incase you accidentally reinforce behaviors you don't want your dog to do. We'll help you fix it and get them back on track.
HOW DO YOU FIND THESE DOGS?
We search online and social media for dogs that need our help. We make sure they're a good fit for the program (such as not people or dog aggressive), then arrange to pick them up and get as much info about them as possible.
WHAT BREEDS ARE THE DOGS?
All breeds! We don't breed discriminate! Our goal is to save the dog regardless of breed. We do occasionally save purebred dogs but also save all types of mixed breeds.
ARE THE DOGS VACCINATED?
Yes.
ARE THE DOGS SPAYED/NEUTERED?
Dogs over 6 months will be be spayed/neutered except larger breeds which is not recommended by veterinarians until 18 months-2 years.
WHAT IS THE LIFETIME TRAINING?
The puppy or dog you purchase, will be allowed to attend up to 5 group training classes (at Dog Training With Monica) each year for the rest of its life!
IS THE DOG AROUND OTHER TRAINED DOGS?
Yes. Dogs are pack animals. Your dog will learn how to act and what to do in different scenarios based on the actions of the other trained dogs in the pack.
WHERE ARE THE DOGS KEPT?
The dogs we rescue will live in a home with a trainer. This way, your dog will be training in a home life environment under our professional guidance so that they will be familiar with living in a home.
CAN I BE PUT ON A WAITLIST?
Yes. If you know you're interested in a puppy or dog but have certain requirements in mind, let us know, and if we find one that fits, you can be notified and purchase the dog/puppy when it's done with training.
ARE THERE REFUNDS?
No. Not for any reason at any time. Our goal is to put these dogs in a PERMANENT home. We cannot hold people accountable if we agree to refunds for any reason.
WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER KEEP THE DOG DUE TO A LIFE CHANGE?
You will be required to sign a contract upon purchasing a dog that states you MUST return the dog to us if you are unable to keep it. You are NOT allowed to rehome or resell a dog you purchased through us.
